Soaring with Strengths

Why do I do what I do? Why do I like certain things? Why am I better at some things than others? What are my strengths?

Answering these questions will transform the way you think about yourself, your interactions with others and your contributions to the world.

Florida College is rolling out Clifton Strengths on our campus this year and we are so excited to invest in this assessment for many of you!  (Haven't taken the test? Contact Lisa Wilen)

Your Clifton Strengths profile is your talent DNA in rank order based on your responses to the Clifton Strengths assessment.

It describes how to name, claim and aim your most dominant talents.
